Studio Crossing is a new development to the Park City area, one that fully recognizes the draw of our city. Through each addition to the campus we’re working to connect a new piece to the puzzle, building a community from the ground up. These two buildings will welcome both residents and businesses under the same roof, forming a vibrant mixed-use development as a part of the commercial core of Studio Crossing.

Affordable units in this building are best suited to residents who like to be at the heart of the action. Tenants will find refuge on the upper floors, in spacious, carefully designed units with vast mountain views. These apartments allow residents to be active and connected to their surroundings, while providing a space of respite away from it all. Steps away, on the ground floor, retail space will be available, ideal for restaurants, shopping, and community hubs. These businesses will serve as amenities for residents across the community, and paired with the other retail spaces at Studio Crossing will comprise the most exciting new shopping center in Park City.
